I examine how supply chains can create value not only through operational and economic performance, but also through environmental responsibility, social wellbeing, cultural preservation, technological innovation and more inclusive forms of governance.

Research Methods

My research draws on interdisciplinary qualitative and quantitative approaches, including case study research, semi-structured interviews, observation, thematic analysis, multi-criteria decision-making, Analytical Hierarchy Process methods and computational approaches involving artificial intelligence and machine learning.
